Marketing ROI is a very serious affair. Many financial heads of the company are sceptic when it comes to ROI based on marketing strategies. Many solutions or methods have been devised to optimise the ROI based on marketing. Many of these methods have found to be but many have found to be less effective and at times counterproductive.
Whatever may be the reason many companies pursue marketing not just for the ROI in the long term but also to promote their brand increase brand value and speed up customer support and increase overall brand perception in the long run. This has found many takers among the corporate world in terms of marketing strategies. The Marketing ROI or return of investment is something that though worries financial strategist in allotting money for marketing it is something they believe is worthwhile.
The difference in marketing are visible in terms of sales, brand value increase in customer base and other factors that promote a company’s name. ROI and marketing are tow ends of the spectrum.
One is way to reach the other. Good marketing coupled with a strong support bases and quality products assures ROI in the long term. Short term benefits are not that great and may be discouraging but for an enterprise on the path of growth proper techniques in marketing ensures good ROI in the long run.
